Keeping everyone safe

We all have a responsibility to be aware of, and follow, up-to-date government guidance about Covid-19. 

Health Checklist

Due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, health history review, as well as sanitization and disinfecting practices. 

 

If there is ANY risk of infection, please do not attend your appointment.

We can be flexible with cancellations and no fee will be incurred.

 

Symptoms of COVID-19 include: 

 

Fever 

Fatigue 

Dry cough 

Difficulty breathing 

Chills 

Nausea or vomiting 

Diarrhea 

New widespread muscle pain 

Unusual headaches 

Red or purple toes

Loss of taste & smell

I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days. 

 

I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID19 within the last 30 days. I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 30 days. 

 

I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not ravelled outside of the country, or to any city outside of our own that is or has been considered a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the last 30 days. 

New Procedures

  • Please do not attend if you feel unwell.

  • Arrive on time and alone.

  • Please bring your own water.

  • If you are early, wait outside or in car.

  • No contact temperature check on arrival.

  • Hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival.

  • Face mask optional for client but encouraged on arriving.

  • Payment by transfer is preferred.

  • All surfaces cleaned between clients and all laundry changed.

  • At least 30 minutes between clients.

  • Covid disclaimer and consultation form emailed.
